MENSWEAR TAILOR
Franco's is currently seeking a tailor to oversee operations of our in-house alterations shop. Candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of tailoring men’s better clothing and sportswear.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality of work produced within the shop
- Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Fitting garments and prepping work for others to complete
- Organizing workflow within the shop to ensure quality and efficient production
- Maintaining a well-organized and clean work environment
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of experience fitting and tailoring high quality garments
- Must present a professional attitude and appearance
- Possess tailoring expertise with a high level of skills to include, but not limited to: Lower collar, shorten collar, lower waistband and re-cut trousers
- Demonstrate the ability to work well with and lead others
- Understand the proper use of shop equipment
