After getting great service at the Short Pump location, I visited the Lakeside store to pick up a suit they had in stock that was my size. Mitch was so helpful in trying the suit on and discussing alterations. He also had in mind a perfect pair of shoes to go with the suit, and now my wedding outfit is complete! Highly recommend this store.

If you are looking for an excellent selection of fine menswear, excellent tailoring, and exceptional customer service, look no further. I purchased a suit, shirt, and shoes for a wedding I have coming up and the entire staff was excellent! Chris is an excellent salesman and he helped me pick the perfect style for the wedding. Then Franco, the owner took my measurements and style preferences and made sure the suit and shirt were custom tailored to fit my body perfectly! Also, the custom tailoring is included with purchase of clothing and it is fantastic! The clothes are not cheap, but they are priced fairly for the quality you are getting and when you include the complementary custom tailoring, the value is excellent. The entire experience was top notch and I will be returning in the future."

But the sales staff here is great. They're knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Most of all though, they make you feel comfortable shopping there even if you have no idea how to shop for a suit."

We love Franco's! They are such experts with fitting and making recommendations but don't pressure you to buy anything. Mitch helped us and he was an absolute delight. He took his time to explain different products and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Franco's and they now have loyal customers of us! Oh, and the coolest part is that Franco still works there and was the sweetest guy! :)"
